Tenders invited for the Sennen Cove Recreation Centre rebuild and associated works.
Deadline for submissions is midday Friday 14th March 2025.
Grant funding has been secured to demolish and rebuild, creating a purpose built 2 storey community space in the heart of Sennen Cove.
Due to grant funding, the timescales for the work are limited, to be completed in December 2025. The contract would be especially suited to local contractors familiar with Sennen and the site constraints, able to mobilise and start on site quickly.

Nature: The works comprise the demolition of the existing single storey building, stabilization of rear retaining bank, construction of new two storey recreation centre to include;
GF: changing facilities, storage, accessible shower and WC
FF: dry changing and community space and external balcony
Location: Cove Hill, Sennen, TR19
Length of contract: 32 weeks
